Food and ambience ok, buffet not as big as at competitors. It was clean and the staff were friendly and engaging in conversation with their relatives. The following experience stuck in our minds: On Saturday we had ordered a buffet to be picked up via Togoodtogo and were there punctually at the specified time at 2:55 pm. We were told that we would have to wait. The lunch buffet ends at 3 p.m. At around 3:05 p.m., the employee went to ask at each table whether the guests would like anything more from the buffet. Only then, meanwhile at 3:15 p.m., were the bowls given to us and explained that sushi, contrary to what was promised on the order, is not part of the offer. So we had to wait 20 minutes and were handled like third class customers. This is an absolute no-go. After all, we pay for the offer, knowing that there will be fewer choices in the end. Nonetheless, the company is trying to throw away less groceries this way and I find that very commendable.

Very tasty food. Huge selection. Everything fresh. Clean toilets. The plates could be cleared a little faster. What is absolutely a cheek that they charge an outrageous 6 € for a 0.7 l water bottle. Incredible!

The worst Asian ever! Eating ice cold and on the first plate we had a hair in the food. The selection was super small and all the vegetables were totally overcooked. The atmosphere was very cool and not inviting / cozy. Then we paid quickly (luckily we only had to pay for lunch based on our experience) and switched to the Imperial Palace. One star because the staff were friendly. The chicken tasted very strange too, as did the sauce. It's a shame about the money.

Such a nice, attentive service, it was very tasty at the buffet and I love to come back again and again.

Sushi dry, duck not done, employees eat your leftovers from the plate. I'd rather go to nooso.

There are various restaurants with Mongolian buffets in Bremen. There are also significantly cheaper shops than the Crystal. E.g. It's cheaper because some other restaurants of this type also include drinks. Inclusive drinks naturally have a significantly positive effect on the total bill. Despite the fact that Crystal is a bit more expensive in comparison, I have to say that I definitely prefer the Crystal in Weserpark - after testing all the other Mongolian buffets in Bremen. For me this has several reasons. 1. There is always enough service staff that is friendly and quick. The owner Wu Zheng himself is often in the store and makes sure that everything goes well. The service staff has been largely constant for years and is really service-oriented, friendly and brisk. 2. The Crystal is always pretty clean. You constantly see someone with a rag and even the buffet (where guests mostly spill something) is constantly cleaned and makes a tip top impression. 3. The most important reason for me: the food is of good quality. It is logical that a Mongolian buffet cannot offer top organic quality due to the price, but has to buy cheap. But you don't notice that in the Crystal. The vegetables and the ingredients are always presented fresh and crisp and appetizing. The meat and fish counter always looks very good, the goods look very fresh and are also delicious. I like to have the salmon and the prawns. That which comes from aqua cultures is logo at the price, but it tastes perfect. For me, the best restaurant with a Mongolian buffet and recommendable from my point of view.

Of course I had to go to Bremen after a year. As always, we were satisfied and well nourished in the end ?

A good place for Chinese food. All you can eat package is a good option. You can can choose fresh vegetables and meats to cook for your choice of sauces.

Very good, busy restaurant. Dealing with customers is very friendly and accommodating. With the large selection, the prices are also completely okay. The restaurant is conveniently located on the edge of the Weserpark. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the restaurant. Can be combined with a visit to the cinema.

Holiday extra charge !!!! Because Christmas is. effrontery If you do not eat the plate you should pay 5 € !!! Incredible Very loud and it feels like being in a canteen.

We had reserved, which is really appropriate at the weekend! It was very crowded. Accordingly, a lot going on at the buffet. The meal was okay. But I have to say that I had the feeling that it was better in the past ... Is so a thing with the feeling ... We were otherwise served nice.

We have been regular customers for about four years, are personally welcomed and it is recommended to take the big buffet, because everything is fresh and you can put everything together yourself. There is always something for everyone, there is even packed ice cream and a soft serve machine. This is my second plate, so it is a little less, otherwise it is full of course, it is only for information. Oh yes, and now I just take the garlic sauce. It was delicious again. Addendum: today the plates of my parents, there are of course except fish and mussels also meat and everything freshly fried.

Pretty good food. A little bit oily for my taste. But it's nicely located at the cinema. The big parking lot in front is pretty nice as well. Would recommend for the next time as well.
